01Traffic
No traffic designed to degrade the Arc network, our infrastructure or another customer's service. No attempt to evade plan limits through account farming, key rotation or distributed signup. Load testing is fine, and we would rather you told us first so we do not treat it as an attack.
02Content and purpose
No use in service of activity that is illegal where you operate or where we operate. No use to facilitate sanctions evasion. Arc enforces a blocklist at the protocol level, and attempting to route around it through our endpoint is a breach of this policy as well as a transaction that will revert.
03Security research
Testing our surface is allowed within reason. Do not test with other customers' keys, do not exfiltrate data that is not yours, and report what you find to [email protected]. We will not pursue good-faith research that follows those rules.
04Enforcement
We prefer a conversation. For anything that is not an active security or availability threat, we contact you before acting. For anything that is, we suspend the key first and explain immediately afterwards. Suspension decisions can be appealed to [email protected].
